Complete your Experience
Florida’s stone crab season runs from October 15 through May 1 each year. During this time, we ship fresh Florida stone crab claws daily. In the off-season, you can still buy stone crab claws frozen at peak freshness so you can enjoy them year-round.
Our claws are fresh during the season, cooked the same day they’re harvested. When the season ends, we offer flash-frozen claws sealed to lock in that same flavor and texture.
All Florida stone crab claws are pre-cooked and ready to eat. Simply crack them open, serve them chilled with our signature mustard sauce, or warm them briefly in hot water for a classic presentation.
Each order is packed in insulated containers with gel packs to maintain proper temperature during transit. We offer nationwide overnight delivery so your stone crab claws arrive fresh and ready to serve.
Yes! Stone crab claws make an exceptional Florida seafood gift. Select your preferred size, include a gift message at checkout, and we’ll handle the rest. This is the perfect surprise for seafood lovers anywhere in the U.S.
When stored in the refrigerator, claws stay fresh for up to five days. Frozen claws can be kept for several months without losing flavor.
We recommend using a stone crab cracker or a mallet to open the shells cleanly while keeping the meat intact.

"My friend could not be here, so I ate it all myself!!!! New Years Eve, was spectacular!!!!’ I could not imagine a more delicious & satisfying night!!! All that fabulous Stone 🦀 for Moi???? It was the best Solitary New Year’s EVER!! Thank you!!!"
"Meat in claws was tough and hard to get out. Claws too small?"
"Ordered 6 pounds of jumbo stone crab claws for Mother’s Day. The day before they were supposed to ship, I received a message saying that they would not have jumbo claws available this weekend, but they could send large instead and refund the difference. I replied immediately to confirm this and received a partial refund and updated order confirmation. The order is due to arrive today and I could not find a shipping confirmation so I called and was told “the earliest they can be delivered to your area is Tuesday”. Translation - they messed up, didn’t ship them and I’m out of luck. No attempt to make it right, not even a discount to be applied in the future. Bottom line is that I now know not to trust George Stone Crab for important events in the future. I also find it interesting that the website has not been updated to indicate that larger sizes are sold out, so others may wind up going through this same scenario. Very disappointing and frustrating experience overall."
